All faiths welcome
I am catholic, an oblate of Mt. Angel Monastery, and I have created this blog to record my thoughts on Christianity and as a forum for interfaith dialogue. Since I am new to the whole idea of blogging - this site with inevitably evolve according to need.

My first thought concerns the Trinity; lately I have been considering God as a verb. Reading through the Bible, I have discovered that, although the Trinity seems to be revealed - it seems to be limited to love. Of course teaching us to love and forgive is a lifelong endeavor - yet, God appears as a verb to me - we can be in God and God can be within us - it suggests a verb - specifically, yet not limited to love. What do you think?
ReplyDeleteIt makes me wonder if there's anything that isn't a verb... Maybe nouns are simply thought forms, "snap shots" of a continuously changing world.
ReplyDeleteHow is the Trinity limited to love?
